Water Aerobics

HRARA POOL DEEP WATER AEROBICS PROGRAM

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED and WE PROVIDE ALL THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT 

CLASS SCHEDULE:

  SUNDAYS   II AM - NOON

 Sessions begin June 17 with Certified Instructor Kara Bowling

A wonderful way to end the weekend and begin the new week!

WEDNESDAYS   6:30 PM-7:30PM

     Sessions begin June 20 with Certified Instructor Jill Arvanitis

A stretching & aerobic workout to end “hump day;” start your week-end relaxed and energized!

FEES: $99 for an 11 session pass or DROP-IN for $10 per class;

Pre-paid pass may be used for any of the classes.

YOUR FIRST CLASS IS FREE  

Special Offer:  Have friends you’d like to bring who aren’t Holmes Run Pool Members?  They may attend using your guest passes.  Class fees still apply and each class requires the use of one guest pass.   (Please note: free class does not apply to non members.)
