DESCRIPTION:Swimming may be over for this year\, but there is still another chance to get together with your Holmes Run Pool friends at this festive gathering celebrating the Fall season. Mark your calendar so you don’t miss this favorite annual event. \n\n\nFood: There will be plenty to eat\, including slow roasted pig lovingly grilled on site all day by our own member chef\, Jim Wright with the assistance of HRARA president Mark Sites. Homemade vegetarian chili\, mac-n-cheese\, baked beans\, slaw\, and apple crisp will also be served along with apple cider. If you wish to have alcoholic beverages\, please BYOB. \nActivities: Kids are invited to decorate a mini pumpkin that they can take home with them. \nEarly Bird Ticket Pricing Until Sunday\, Oct 17: \n\n$10 for adults\n$5 for children ages 2-12\nChildren under 2 are free\nAdult and teen volunteers are free\n\nLast Call Ticket Pricing After Sunday\, Oct 17: \n\n$20 for adults\n$10 for children ages 2-12\nChildren under 2 are free\nAdult and teen volunteers are free\n\nPlease buy your tickets by Sunday\, Oct 17 to help us with planning. \nNon-member friends are welcome. We hope you’ll join us! \n\n\nVolunteers: Get a free ticket when you volunteer! Every event at Holmes Run Pool is run by volunteers. When you volunteer\, you are helping make this event possible! \n* Volunteer tickets are free and include dinner\, drinks\, and dessert.\n* Volunteers must be an adult or teenager (13+).\n* Limit one volunteer per family. \n3:00 pm to 4:00 pm Set Up Seating\nSet up tables and chairs. \n4:00 pm to 5:00 pm Set Up Food\nSet up food\, drinks\, and the pumpkin craft. \n4:30 pm to 5:30 pm Manage Tickets\nCheck in guests at the door. \n5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Supervise Pumpkin Craft\nKeep an eye on the pumpkin craft tables. Tidy up supplies as needed. \n8:30 pm to 9:30 pm Clean Up\nPack food into carryout containers for guests to take home\, clean up tables\, put away supplies\, tables\, and chairs\, and take out the trash. \n\n.
