Morning Swim is a masters-like workout coached by HRA Swim Team Head Coach: Abe Zimmerman.

Morning swim is for swimmers of ALL ability levels (adults preferred) who want to become stronger swimmers, improve their strokes, and enjoy a group workout with other swimmers.

Training will be based on your needs! Some options are:

  • Improve your stroke
  • Improve swimming endurance
  • Learn a new stroke
  • Get faster
  • Triathlon prep
  • Just get a good workout!

Morning Swim runs from June 19th-August 8th every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday morning from 6:30-7:30 AM.

Please arrive a few minutes early so workouts may begin on time!

Meet in the Upper Pool.

Drop-in to attend, no registration required. Attend for free your first time, then come every day for $10 per workout session! Passes can be purchased online or at the pool in blocks of 5, 10, or 20 workouts.
