Freed’s Biscuit Company offers homemade from scratch breakfast biscuits, sandwiches, burgers, and cinnamon rolls. Their original sweet and savory biscuits are baked up fresh every day. They source most of their ingredients locally. Their buttermilk is made with local milk. The biscuits are made with local butter. The eggs and meat have been purchased from local farms. The bacon is cured for 10 days and then smoked right behind our restaurant. It really is a labor of love!
