Water Aerobics

A midweek stretching and aerobic workout helps you get through the rest of your week relaxed and energized! Treat yourself to an hour of deep water aerobics with certified instructor Jill Arvanitis.
Classes are $10 per class per member. For the dedicated, prepay $100 for 10 classes and get your 11th for free. Please pay by cash or make out checks to HRARA.
Please arrive at 6 pm so that you can get your equipment on and be ready for class at 6:15 pm. Reservations are not required—just join the water aerobics group at the lower pool. The pool will supply all of the needed equipment.
