Treat yourself to an hour of deep water aerobics with certified instructors. Sunday classes are a wonderful way to end the weekend and begin the new week! A stretching and aerobic workout at the end of “hump day” helps you get through the rest of your week relaxed and energized!

Class Schedule:

Classes begin on June 16 and continue through Sept. 2, 2019.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of class so that class may begin on time.

Sundays, 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM

Led by Kara Bowling, Certified Instructor

Wednesdays, 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Led by Jill Arvanitis, Certified Instructor

Class Pack: $99 for 11 Sessions
