Water Aerobics classes begin Sunday, June 21!

Treat yourself to an hour of deep water aerobics with certified instructors. Sunday classes are a wonderful way to end the weekend and begin the new week! A stretching and aerobic workout at the end of “hump day” helps you get through the rest of your week relaxed and energized!

Class Details

June 21 through September 6, 2020.

Sundays, 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM with Certified Instructor Kara Bowling

Wednesdays, 4:15 PM to 5:15 PM with Certified Instructor Jill Arvanitis

Please check in a few minutes early so class may begin on time!

Meet in the Lower Pool.

Drop-in for $10 per class, no preregistration is required. Bring cash or check made payable to HRARA to class.

Please remember, masks are required when entering and exiting the upper bath house facility.

Are you new to Water Aerobics? Don’t worry. No experience is required and we provide ALL necessary equipment!
