Special Committee on Weather Safety Meeting

The Board of Directors has created a Special Committee to review existing procedures related to weather safety and make recommendations as appropriate. Shareholders are invited to submit written comments and/or to speak in person at an online meeting of the Committee on Wednesday, June 2, at 7 p.m.
