Food: There will be plenty to eat, including slow roasted pig lovingly grilled on site all day by our own member chef, Jim Wright with the assistance of HRARA president Mark Sites. Homemade vegetarian chili, mac-n-cheese, baked beans, slaw, and apple crisp will also be served along with apple cider. If you wish to have alcoholic beverages, please BYOB.
Activities: Kids are invited to decorate a mini pumpkin that they can take home with them.
Tickets: Tickets will be available for purchase beginning Friday, Oct 1. Please buy your tickets online in advance to help us with planning.
Non-member friends are welcome. We hope you’ll join us!
Volunteers: Get a free ticket when you volunteer! Every event at Holmes Run Pool is made possible by volunteers.
3:30 pm to 5:00 pm: Set Up: Set up tables, chairs, food, drinks, and the pumpkin craft.
5:00 pm to 5:30 pm: Manage Tickets: Check in guests at the door.
5:00 pm to 8:00 pm: Supervise Pumpkin Craft: Keep an eye on the pumpkin craft tables. Tidy up supplies as needed.
8:00 pm to 9:00 pm: Clean Up: Pack food into carryout containers for guests to take home, clean up tables, put away supplies, tables, and chairs, and take out the trash.

Congratulations to our newly elected members of the HRARA Board of Directors. Bryan Hogge and James Hoofnagle were elected as new board members. Additionally, Danius Bardzukas, Scott Cunningham, Emer O’Donovan, Tina Rafalovich, Mark Sites, Pat Tierno and Laura Wright were re-elected and will continue to serve on the board.
