Deep water aerobics is a fantastic, overall, zero-impact workout that burns up to 500 calories per hour. It's great for all ages and fitness levels. Classes are a fun way to make new friends, reduce stress and help you feel your best.
Because this is a zero impact exercise, it's great for rehabbing after an injury.
This is primarily a members-only program. Members may invite guests with guest passes. Each class requires the use of one guest pass and class fees also apply.
