Fall Party and Pig Roast

Tickets are on sale until Oct 17. Our volunteer organizers appreciate when guests purchase their tickets earlier rather than later as it helps them better prepare for this event.
Early Bird Prices (until Fri, Oct 13)- $15 for adults

We need and appreciate your help! Enjoy complimentary food and drinks when you sign up.
Help Needed for Three-legged Race We are looking for two volunteers to help make this event happen. Set-up the start and finish lines; distribute and collect leg-bands; ring a cowbell to start the race; and present award ribbons to winners. Instructions for facilitating the race will be provided ahead of time. During the event, volunteers need to be able to manage the race WITHOUT supervision or reminders.
Note About the Weather As with any outdoor party, there is a chance that rain or storms will interrupt our event. Guests are welcome to bring popup canopies in case of rain. If there are storms, we will follow our standard policy of closing the facility until 30 minutes past the last sound of thunder. While there are no refunds for weather interruptions or cancellations, we will do everything we can to reopen and have a great evening, even if storms happen. We will also have “to go boxes” to take home your fill of food if need be.
