Sunday classes are a wonderful way to end the weekend and begin the new week. Treat yourself to an hour of deep water aerobics with certified instructor Kara Bowling. Classes are $10 per class per member; equipment is provided. Reservations are not required—just join the water aerobics group at the lower pool. Please check in a few minutes early so class may begin on time!
